My payments for 2020 studies have not reflected on my statement thus a cannot get my results nor register again. After holding on on Unisa call centre nr (after many many unanswered e-mails) I got through to a guy who said I must send my POP to *** and he will wait for it and immediately solve the issue. Alas , no response and payments still not rewflectingt.. Does Unisa actually still exist?????
