Honours Registration No Response after 2 Weeks

I app**** last year for Honours at Unisa, I was accepted into the Computing Education programme. After struggling with the system, I registered online on the 3rd January. There seems to be a problem with the system, as no payment was due with the registration, amounts of R0.00. I, however paid the minimum amount R2740, which was shown on the study quotation request. I do not have to submit any documents, as I am a UNISA graduate. In desperation after a week of my registration marked as "Pending" I re-submitted my registration on the 11th January. My registration is still marked "Pending". I emailed the postgraduate division at the School of Science and Technology as well as tried calling on numerous occasions. I am well aware of the pressure that the staff at Tertiary Institutions are under during the registration times. I however, I find in unacceptable that some registrations are processed within minutes and others take weeks, with no feedback. These delays have disadvantaged me, as my registrations has not processed and marked as "pending" for weeks, even though I app****, was accepted, registered online and paid the fees timeously. I work full-time and should already be in my second week of preparation for the modules. Please could someone assist me, I used to be a proud Alumni, now I am just disappointed.
