higher level incompetence

It baffles me how an Institution whose responsibilities include educating and grooming our future leaders can be so negligent, *********** and simple. I can get over the unprofessional environment you display with your afmin staff tapping away at their cellphones, fiddle with their nails and of course gather at one another's workstations while we wait, but how dare you waste my time! I took time out of my day on the 7th of May to come submit all of the documents necessary for a refund and was told it would take up to 14 days to process. After having not received any feedback after 14 days, I sent and e mail to their finance enquiries department and still nothing. Today, I again had to take time out of my day to go to their offices (because this is the only way to handle them) and lo and behold! My request was only captured yesterday! Twenty whole days after I submitted my refund forms! What the heck have you guys been doing for 20 days? My guess is that the papers were only captured after my e mail request. And of course, in between fiddling with their phones, the staff there proudly says they know nothing. I don't care for your nonsense UNISA!
