Have not received my qualification since July 2015

<p>HI,</p> <p> </p> <p>I studied through Unisa for my Higher Certificate in Economic and Management Sience, - </p> <p>1. I was told that I would get credits when studying Financial Accounting - NONE!</p> <p>2. After being told that I have failed EUP1501 and had to re-do the module UNISA told me that I could not register for my Under-gradute degree as I do nothave all 10 modules. So I did registar for this last module. When I received my results I have passed it twice!! - So after wasting another year of studying and passed this mocule twice, they have failed to refund my money and give me any credits to my first year o undergrad.</p> <p>Ontop of all of this I still dont have my Certificate, and can not reach UNISA by phone, email. </p> <p>This is the worst studying experience EVER!</p> <p> </p>
