Have been waiting SIX MONTHS!!

<p>I completed my PGCE at the end of last year and have been trying to get my diploma from them ever since. We drovw two hours to the regional offices to no avail. I try to phone and the phones just ring and no one answers. I have sent at least 30 emails and have received one response. How is this acceptable??!!! I neex this to apply for positions. This simply put disgraceful. Unisa is the pits and their customer service is awful</p> <p> </p>
