Harassing Old People

They are harassing my mom 77 with spam SMS on het cell phone: Ms JK Shuttleworth your UNISA acc ***7 has been loaded for trace action o/b R2559.00. Call HC on *** to set up a payment arrangement or pay now to FNB ***

I send them an e-mail and this is the response I got:

Please STOP harassing my mom. She is old and gets upset every time you send her that message. We don't know who that person is.
