In my experience with UNISA I am seldom satisfied with their services but today I want to make special mention to an administration officer, Nadim Karodia, who is amazing in his service delivery. He immediately rep**** to my email that I sent at 21:00 and answered my query. One person can make a difference. Well done!! He needs a promotion!
