Great disappointment

I am really deeply sadden by the experience i had today at unisa parow. I really feel my human rights was violated. I walked away fighting my tears after i was badly treated by some members of unisa administration department and security. After leaving work abit early nd then getting there before 4 which is there closing time after waiting to be assisted because the person first had to finish their lunch. I go over to the administration side just to get a copy of my academic record the security tells me no am late am told her it says 4 nd the administration ladies are still sitting there talking nd the lady looked earger to help me just for the security lady to tell her in their language that she must not help me cz she just told me now that i cant be helpful cz i got there at 4. The more i try to explain my situation the more they talk over me in xhosa i dnt know. I was so hurt cz i couldn't defend myself. Unisa am really disappointed. Nd i truly feel my dignity was violated because i really felt i was being the victim of bullying and being shown powerless infront of others is humiliation... U might not care but as an active student you have lost my trust and respect
