Graduation

I have studied Office Management and Technology from 2*** with Technikon Wi****ersrand. In 2005 it merged with RAU which is now University of Johannesburg the course was then faced out due to the merge then I had two subjects left. I was credited for those two subjects for me to continue with TSA which is now University of South Africa. I lost jobs in between so I wasn't able to register. I finally passed those two subjects, the last one which I passed in 2016 was Business Administration III from then onwards I've been taken from pillar to post with regards to my graduation. It pains me to know that I've studied for that course but I don't have proof, all my life I've been employed as a call center agent can't even apply for my qualification. Am currently unemployed have been since last year december. ALL AM ASKING FOR IS PROOF THAT I COMPLETED MY STUDIES.. My student number is ***9.
