Going the Extra Mile

Petunia is the person who picked up my email requesting assistance with applying for tutorial classes at the Florida Campus. I was in a panic and she not only advised me on what to do but she also went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and that I knew exactly what to do and how to get to the Florida campus. <br> She was absolutely amazing with the right attitude..... <br> I have already said thank you to her but I am truly grateful, it is not everyday that one gets such service.....
