General UNISA queries

I'm a final year student struggling to register for my final semester.

I can't get through to ANY UNISA contact number so I went in to Middelburg Mpumalanga UNISA office to try get my registration problem resolved. As a matter I did not succeed as the advisor was very unfriendly after I asked her nicely why they don't answer their phones.

Her answer was straight that they don't deal with phone queries. So she was telling me that when I have just one small question I must take leave from work to go sit there in a row outside for two hours before I even entered the office and then we someone eventually helps me they give totally bad advice all of this just because they don't do telephone queries!??

Well I truely think that they don't want to wor****!
