Frustration with Registration

I am having trouble registering on-line on the Unisa website.<br> Telephones remain unanswered and I only get automated e-mail responses.<br> I received a suggestion by Education Department to register in person at one of the regisration offices.<br> Surely a technical error can be fixed on-line, without me to travel in person to register!!!
