Frustration (Poor service & unprofessional)

I app**** for registration for an Hons degree in Informatics in 2019 and early 2020 they responded affirming that for me to be completely registered i have to pay part of the fees which I paid a quota of the fees. After paying Unisa never come back to me up to today and in April 2021 i decided to request for my refund which they haven't even bothered to come back to me. They are so frustrating. Its like nothing is working with UNISA. We expect these people to be professionals but its the opposite.
