FRUSTRATED STUDENT

<p>I am very unhappy with UNISA's service. I've been trying to get hold of ALL the UNISA departments without success, they don't answer phones nor reply to emails. I need very important information with regards to my certificate. </p> <p> </p> <p>I really don't understand why they have all these numbers and emails yet we can't get hold of them at all. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely annoyed by this. My life is literally on hold because of these people.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need help.</p>
