Frustrated and annoyed

Frustrated and annoyed. Unisa is the worst institution when it comes to contact, i sent them an email with all required documents requesting a refund, and even till today i havent received any correspendence from them its been over 10 days and the said they will pay between 3-15 days. I tried contacting finance at main campus no reponse to emails, calls are disconnected. For me its just a wait and see.
