********** figures for student fees at UNISA

Unisa is overcharging students for their study fees. I have paid my fees in full yet Unisa shows that I have a balance of R2230.00. The finance department fails to respond to emails. It is impossible to try to rectify the situation and in order to receive your examination results all fees has to be paid in full, even if you are over charged by such exorbitant amounts.
