Flagged script while no Investigation is being done and no communication from the institution.

I have One module that is holding me from Getting my qualification ( Advanced diploma in Accounting Sciences) the module is MAC3761, I have been doing this one module since 2020, it used to be a semester module but now it is a year module, and I kept failing it it, but i re-register because i want to get my qualification, I had a supplementary in January 2025 which i wrote, in February when waiting for my results, I got a notification that my Script is flagged for cheating, and I never cheated at all, but as students of UNISA we have been complaining about their invigilating apps, telling them that they are failing and we wanna go back to Venue based exams. Its march now and I should be registering for my Honours but i cannot register because of this pending investigation that is not going any further.

What stresses me most is that I app**** for Funding from My employer for my Honours and it was approved, But now i am stuck, Because UNISA does not wanna release my results because of then flagged script.

May they please conclude this investigation, and clear my name as its holding me from furthering my studies.
