Finance Useless

I Have been waiting for my refund since January 2020 till today. I follow up every day and all i hear is apologies and most of the time no response to my emails. There is no escalation process within finance department!!!...this is unacceptable and inconsiderate to say the least as this is MY MONEY!!!! two months of following up!!
