A while back I app**** to study at Unisa, Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my exam. I was then not able to write due to the fact that I received a kidney transplant, UNISA agreed to have me write my exam the following semester.

I never had a kidney transplant so I did not know all the challenges that **** ahead for me post my kidney transplant.

A week before my exam I cancelled my exam because I had no time to study, due to what I had to go through.

I cancelled my exam and the reception ladys in the from or administrators advised that I must pay the outstanding amount. I then said that I wont because I cannot pay if I never wrote an exam and also why must I pay if I had no exam paper that needed to be marked.

I spoke to so many different departments at UNISA but I can never get through to the financial department to assist me and I was advised on many occasions that I am not liable to pay the outstanding balance if I never wrote my exam.

Now I cannot even register to study, due to this.

I am highly annoyed and so fed up, I really thought I would be able to complete my studies at UNISA, but turns out they are really as bad as people has been telling me
