Finance department *********** and useless

The finance department is useless. I have sent numerous emails followed by phone calls but no one seems to be interested in assisting with an error made on their side which needs to be rectified. My last call with them was 35minutes. The supervisor promised to call back/ respond on email ( this was two weeks ago) however I have received zero feedback.
