Finacial department is ***********

I registered with Unisa in 2019 and had a module that I registered for but did not appear on my list of modules. The module was then canceled and I had an amount of R1161.00 that was due to me. I send a refund form with all the relevant docs but I did not receive my refund since 2019. I received a statement again this month 2021 which still shows the same amount due to me. I send the documents again to request refund and it has been over 15 days already.

I want my money. That money is due to me and it does not belong to UNISA
