FI Consesus

I enrolled and written the exams for ACE certiface with unisa and I failed one module and when I awaited for the results, and I noticed that most of the people that I was studying with were given an opportunity to write a porfolio for FI Consesus, and I was not given, when I asked the reason why, they never gave me an answer. The module is FDEGD4W and I do not know what to do now, I have tried everything in my power but nothing is helping, please advise as to what to do from now.
