FI Concession query

I am a final year student and failed one module to have my BTech completed in 2017 with UNISA. The University has a rule that if you are a final student and failed one or two modules you are entitled to FI Concession where you receive a portfolio on that specific module and if you pass it then you don't have to reregister, you graduate with others.

FI is not app**** for, once the system updates your status that you are final year student, your lecturer send the list of his students that quality for FI to the department of exams, then you receive email with portfolio or assignment to do. My status was updated in December the 22nd and it even shows on my unisa that l am final year student.

I have been waiting since then l havent received anything. I cant afford to reregister. My lecturer wants to help but he says the system doesn't show on his side that am final year student.But it shows on mine and it shows on any nearest unisa campus I visited. Some got it and submitted their work but l am still waiting since December why?

Who is responsible for the system not showing that am final year student student on my lecturer's side for me to be granted FI?

Why does it show on my side and at my nearest campus but doesn't show on my lecturer's?

Why is my name not on the FI list in the first place?

If it's granted prior to previous performance, l graduated cum laude on my previous qualification so why doesn't that count?

I have never failed with the university before and l have been working hard to archive all better marks so why can't l get FI as well?

Please help me! Module failed RME101Q and student number: ********** 6.

I am tired of unisa, calling , emailing, they don't respond . I just need FI and complete my qualification and we part ways. The selection process is not fair.
