Fees paid-no study material

I am still to receive my study material from UNISA, even though I have registered and paid for my modules. They sent me tutorial letters, not even one study guide!!! Yet assignments are due, went to myunisa and nothing is loaded!!!! How exactly do I do the assignment without study guides? I have called, sent email and called again and I doubt there is anyone working in that call center? Cause really? If there people in they have sense of pride in their work? I hold for an average of 30-45 minutes and then someone picks up the phone only to put it down?

I'm not asking for favours here, I paid for this service and for those books? One assignments due date was last week, now whats going to happen? Will I be allowed late submission? By whom?

I would expect better service from UNISA seeing that the amount of money it costs to study with them. They market themselves as a Distance learning Institution, but do not respond to e-mail, sms or telephone calls, never mind offering support for distance learning. I doubt I will even get a response to this post
