Good day I have been trying for 6 months to get my statement of credits for both my diploma's one completed the second in completion email to me

I have completed the DSAR08 form abut 10 times now still nothing I need my records for ND Logs and DIP ADMA Reference numbers 17230NX00 ********** 0NX19 ********** 9NX06 ********** 4NX09 ********** 4NX09438 STILL NOTHING
