Feedback on exam paper acces

I have written an exam three times where I have received the same mark all three times. I asked UNISA via *** for any guidance on how to get a hard-copy of my exam so I can see where I went wrong. This is my last UNISA module for my qualification and they won't get back to me. How do I know if my exam has even been marked after watching Cart Blanche the other day.
