Fed up with UNISA

Dear Hello Peter,

I am having a lot of trouble getting information regarding my examination remark results from Unisa. On 3 January 2018, I app**** for an examination remark for my final Public Relations examination ( PRO371) that I wrote during the October-November examination period. I did not agree with the final mark that was given to me. I send numerous emails on different dates to UNISA requesting feedback regarding the remark. The dates of the emails are as follows: Dates of emails sent to Unisa:

11/14/17 11/24/17 15/01/18 25/01/18 07/02/18 and I did not received any feedback from all the emails sent above. Only automated emails. On the 2nd of March 2018 I eventually received the following email:

"Remarking results will be made known approximately 2 months after the closing date. The mark awarded after remarking will be the final result, even if it is lower than the original mark. Your remark request was processed on 17/02/2018, see below screenshot."

My remark was registered on the 17 February 2018. Like they said in their email above the results will be made known approximately 2 months after the closing date. According to me the exact dates on which the results should of been sent to me was 17 April 2018. I have made all the payments as UNISA requested from me in order to do the remark and I have still not received my marks!!!!! About a month ago I contacted Unisa's examination department an I was told that the examinations where not marked yet. I gave them enough time to get back to me and I have still not received any feedback from them. I am starting to doubt Unisa's integrity towards examinations that where sent in for remark. I am worried that once and if I receive my results that it is not correct and that I will be failed on purpose or because the examination script is lost. Will you please help me to resolve this matter asap.
