Fed up with UNISA

I am absolutely fed-up with UNISA. This is my last resort to try and get their attention.<br> <br> Last year, due to a fault made by a UNISA employee, the Oct/Nov 2015 exam for the module CHE1502 was compromised and the group registered for that module during this period was made to rewrite the CHE1502 exam in the period of Jan/Feb. <br> <br> The November exam results were not released. The Jan/Feb results were released late- after registration closed- due to the fact that the results were incorrectly calculated by the exams department.<br> <br> The Jan/Feb exam replaced the Oct/Nov exam.<br> <br> My mark was still incorrectly calculated and I was failed. I achieved an overall of 43% with my exam mark 51% and my semester mark at 7,8% and was not admitted to a supplementary exam in May/Jun 2016. I contacted the lecturer responsible for the module. She explicitly said that I am rightfully entitled to a supplementary exam and that my mark was incorrectly processed by the exams department. <br> <br> I have tried calling and sent countless emails.<br> <br> Today I received a transcript saying I have failed the module.<br> <br> I am livid. I do not have the time and money to waste and redo a module I know I will pass.<br> <br> Wake up UNISA!
