False information

Unisa changed their registration dates without informing their student community. Previously, I have been able to register in January for new modules of that semester and I have done it before. When I saw that Unisa changed their application process I phoned in to make sure the registration dates had not changed, and was assured there was no change. <br> <br> Today I tried to register modules for the new semester and was unable to. Upon further investigation, I noticed that the final date of registration was 23rd of December with no extension into January. <br> Now, since their were crucial changes made without informing the students as well as I received false information on registration dates, Unisa is wasting six months of my time. <br> <br> Thank you for years of gradually decaying service<br> And *********** staff<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Student
