FALSE HOPES PROMISES, LIES AND IGNORANCE

I am so dissapointed in NSFAS in 2018 Januarys I app**** for funding and i was successfull; they congratulate me on e-mail in writing. I app**** at Unisa as well as Unisa advised me if I want to do Psychology I will have to do Archive and Record Management for Bacyhelors degree first which i did and was also accepted. I paid R150 registration fee. Nsfas advised as soon as Unisa send my registration template throught to them they will send me the link for my funding contract and i can just sign it and they will distribute the money to Unisa and i will start receiving my study material,a and that it depends on my marks than i will not have to appy at Nsfas again or Unisa just carry on with my studies. Mr. Isaac Mabena at Unisa stated that he is busy sending the registration template throught to Unisa in January, when i followed up in February he was still busy sending it through. Then i received an e-mail from Nsfas that they received registration template but there is just a delay in processing i should just be patient i will receive it soon. i have contacted unisa several times during the year no one answered the phones - especially Mr. Isaac Mabena, because Nsfas were also sending me back and forth on e-mails they answer once in a blue moon their phones and I litereally waited ages for them to reply to my e-mails. Unisa even done worse with answering of e-mails - they were just ********. Mr. Mabena almost never answered my mails. never mind phoning me back.I even involved Allen Matole. Nsfas just send me a case number that they looking into the matter that i never received my funding yet, but that was it...and Mr Mabena just ******** could never gave me clarity on what is happening. Mr. Mabena told me today on th13th of March 2019 after January 2018 that. I will have to apply again as my funding for NSFAS is not valid anymore in 2019, and that i have never registered after i have litterally begged them all for answers and what is happening and they being ******** towards me after congratulating me on my successfull applications in 2018. ignoring me the whole of 2018 while i asked if there is anything they still need from my side and they said no..i must just wait for my funding. Here I am still one year and three and a half months later and this is what they are telling me. I need them to sort this matter out as i want to do these studies - and the responsible people should do the damage control in order for me start what they promised
