FALSE DEBT THEY CAN'T PROOVE

My experience with this institution has not been great. In 2020 I app**** to study at unisa to further my studies however I had not intended to use my own money to pay for the studies because I had no money. I did what most people who have no money to study further and app**** for a bursary via NASFAS. NASFAS had accepted my application which was subject to change. I informed UNISA that the busary with pay for my studies and they said I should pay a temp registration fee to secure my spot but I had to pay full registration fee before I would be fully registered and allowed to study there, so I went ahead to pay the temp fee, fastfoward NASFAS cameback and they said unfortunatley they could not cover my fees. The next thing UNISA comesback and tells me I owe them because on their system it says I am a student there. Now the question is how can I be a student there while no one Paid the full registration fee and how can I owe them fees while I never studied anything or continued the registration process with them. I have been battling this since 2022 and no one seems to have an answer for me all I get is "We are escalating the issue with the relevant department" that is with phone calls only they do not respond to my emails.

one time in 2022 I sent and email during DEC and only got a responded to 9 months later in October 2023. here are refernce numbers I have gotten which have not been attended to. ***, 24200NX10840, ***8, ***3, ***5, ***5, ***1, ***0, ***2, ***4, ***8, ***0.

I have twelve refrence numbers and no one has called me to assist with this issue all they want is money which they can't even prove how I owe them in the first place. No one is able to explain how I got fully registered to begin with. If anyone can help please contact me because this is starting to feel like a whole institution is trying to ****** me.
