false and misleading information

I wanted to apply online for a postgraduate qualification but the applications where not open..They posted online on their Web page that they will open 17 September till November. ..to my suprise when I go today to apply for advance qualifications and postgraduate certificate iwas told it's closed am when I asked the enquiries lady she gave me a stinking attitude telling me that iam asking the wrong person ..ain't she supposed to be answering me since she is working for unisa imean ain't she supposed to be the middle man between unisa and I.first sign of bad service is that they work without name badges.Im very disappointed at the Services That The biggest university in South Africa is offering..poor service and lack of comunicatin from the staff ..If imay say only the security guards offer good service or maybe it's because they have name tags..im dissatisfied at the service I received...Down with florida campus staff down :(
