FAILURE TO WRITE EXAM DUE TO REMARK PVL3702

I have app**** for remarking paid 470 for it was told the closing date for application was 16 august 2019, I went to using 30 days after and was told my remark was still outstanding .was suppose to write for that specific subject but didnt cause I thought I would receive my remark and would be a pass. Till to date I have not received my marks. How do I proceed if this was not my fault.unisa is a mess I need this sorted.
