Failure to remove module block and register
I have been studying with UNISA two years.I have a completed qualification and began one last year. I registered, wrote and passed three modules in the first semester then registered five modules, then cancelled four modules and wrote one due to financial issues. I failed one module but had already completed the three modules that equal 36 credits and qualifies me to continue my studies but the university blocked me academically and I can't register. For the past three weeks, for nine working days (because I've been asked to come back the following day) at the UNISA in Bloemfontein. The personnel from UNISA have acknowledged the fault, but have how failed to fix the issue.

I am frustrated because:
1) registration closes on 14 February
2) it has cost me approximately R1100 for the nine days (R120 time nine working days) to leave home and attend to this issue without a way forward.
3) the money I am using to resolve this issue is for registration so I have less money to register and buy book than I did three weeks ago.

Please attend to my issue because I would like to carry on with my studies in 2016.
