FAILURE TO PROVIDE ACADEMIC RECORD

UNISA is really terrible, I have been requesting my Academic Transcript from them since April 2020. I am sad that UNISA deteriorates by the day and no matter how much we complain as a collective nothing seems to happen. I have studied through UNISA for more than 10 years for a National Diploma and a BCOM and it has been unpleasant I must say. I have always experienced incompetence and carelessness.
