Failure to finalize registration

I am so disappointed in Unisa, I am a final year student and I app**** to add a additional module(PYC 2602) to complete my degree as allowed by unisa. I went online and fill in the form and receive confirmation that my request has been recorded. I went further and fill in the hardcopy as well and email it. An unisa official send it through to the registration department. When I start to ask when the module will be added they told me that it is to late I must register for the module next year. But the sad thing is Ive app**** long before the closing date, is that fair treatment?? That I should spend 6months on a multi choice module?? One module will stand in my way of graduating, what is more stressfull is the fact that I cant be appointed because the schoils are looking for qualified teachers. I really need Unisa to take responsibility for their error and let me finish my degree, they can at least offer me a SPECIAL EXAM/FI CONCESSION/EXAM PORTFOLIO but all that I am getting is..... Unfortunately you have to do the module next year!!!! This is so so unfair anf heartbreaking that due to someone I will be unemployed, because schools employ teachers for 12months where will I find work after June? I will be doing just one module for 6months and I really can't afford it. Please unisa I am begging you..... Help me!!!
