Failure to Deliver

I completed my degree with November exams. Unisa communicated completion letters would be out end February they then postponed to end March. Throughout this period I've been communicating with them. Initially I got responses to wait for 2nd or 3rd week of March for my letter we are now left with 3 days till end March with no change to my qualification status, no completion letter and no responses to my enquiries. I am about to miss registration for Honours at another institution because I have no proof that I've completed my BCom. What happens to someone that is unemployed and waiting for this qualification to start applying for jobs? They sit let all this time pass while waiting for Unisa to realise what urgent means? Do we postpone our dreams until Unisa is ready? I just need that qualification status changed please.
