Failure to audit student results timeously

My student number is ***4. I have made thousands of phone calls to the University which no one ever cared to answer. I wrote an email regarding a letter confirming that I have completed the qualification but awaiting auditing. I am failing to register for BTech because my qualification states \incomplete". The worst part is that my credits are incorrect. It states on my academic record that the minimum qualification is 360 but mine says 342 and I have completed ALL the credits. The lady told me don't worry"
