Failure to acknowledge urgent request

Good day. I have sent numerous request asking Unisa to upload my my module for PUB2604 because it's not showing under myunisa and I'm unable to view neither upload my study materials,especially since I have never received my study guide. I don't know how do you guys expect one to pass if you take over a month to acknowledge a request because when I phone No one answers the phone.I'm so in distress and disappointed knowing that my exams are around the corner and there's nothing I can do about the situation.
