Extremely poor student services

I app**** for exemption of modules at UNISA in 2019, to date I am still struggling to get any feedback or response from them regarding these module exemptions. It has been 2 years, upon asking for more information from the advisors on campus, all I get in return is another email being sent and no clear answer can be given. it is absolutely pathetic that a University has such poor communication practices. How do you sit with an application for 2 years and it has not been completed.

When asking to speak to someone in a higher position no details can be given. I am highly disappointed in the services I have received from UNISA, I just want my 2 module exemptions approved so that I can graduate and never deal with them again.
