Exemptions Application

<p>I transferred from NWU to Unisa and app**** for exeptions on study units already passed. I have been sending e-mails for months without the courtesy of a reply. All I have received is an automated response indicating that I would receive a reply from Unisa within due course but I have not received anything for months.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am studying at Unisa because I have a fulltime job and cannot take time off to visit the Head Campus. Studying via "correspondence" is supposed to be reliable but I get the impression that Unisa must have no employees since they are not helpful at all and do not answer any phones.</p> <p> </p> <p>TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!! Eager to receive their study fees. Not so eager to do their jobs.</p>
