Excemption - Lack of communication

I since app**** to be credited for modules and to date i have not had any feedback from Unisa. The last they requested syllabus from previous institution which I provided more than 5 times. It saddens me that i had to register the modules and it's more time extended to my four year degree. Also the lack of communication and not reverting back to studies via email and via phone call is disheartening.
