Excellent Customer Service

My experiences with Unisa were always minor hiccups in comparison to my recent registration nightmare.

To avoid the busy rush at the Durban branch, I decided to take an hour and a half drive to the Unisa at Wild Coast. There, I was welcomed to a team of friendly and efficient staff that made my partner and I feel very welcomed. A lady by the name of Xoli who works at the Durban branch had assisted me. She was helping out at the Wild Coast branch at that time. I take my hat off to this incredible lady. She had a smile on her face, was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. She had helped me within minutes.

My registration was processed within the next hour and my study material were made available.
