EXAM VENUE

I had an exam venue change request due to my operational requirements temporarily changing. Note: the current exam venue is approximately +300km's from Johannesburg. hence, I requested that the university amend my exam venue-to be in Johannesburg-as it INITIALLY was. I notified the University more than a week ago, BUT received an email yesterday stating that I cant change the venue. So am I to drive +300km x 2=with return PER exam paper? I find this totally UNREASONABLE!
