EXAM RESULTS OUTSTANDING

I wrote my EDRHODG (EDUCATOR AS A RESERCHER, SCHOLAR AND LIFELONG LEARNER) exam on the 20th of october 2015 and still to date I haven't got my results... I went to UNISA Headoffice in Pretoria on the 2nd of February this year and I was told the system deregistered the module and I have to pay R720 for it to be reinstated of which I did and I was directed to the exams department where I was told I will have my results by the end of the day and for assurance the gave me the supervisor (Mary Moloisane) contact details so that I may call her incase I don't get the results.I have been calling the number everyday ever since then and nobody picks the phone. On the 15th of February I went to Unisa Daveyton and they told me there is nothing they can do and they can only send an email to mary again and she hasn't rep**** to the email or try to call me ever since
