Exam results on MyUnisa but not on UNISA system

Semester 1 of 2015, I paid and completed 3 modules in towards a Higher Certificate in Economic and Management Sciences <br> Qualification code : 98237<br> <br> Modules completed:<br> BNU1501<br> BSM1501<br> ECS1500<br> <br> Semester 2 of 2015, I started a Bachelor of Business Administration degree <br> Qualification code : 98316<br> <br> Modules completed:<br> CLA1501<br> ECS1501<br> MNB1501<br> <br> UNISA claims that they cannot find any trace of the modules completed in Semester 1 of 2015 BUT the exam results can be found on MyUnisa & on the mobile application but NOT on the Unisa admin system that the call centre uses.<br> <br>
