Exam Results

I have received my results and according to Unisa I have failed all my subjects. It's impossible. I have done everything the subject guide required me to so how is it possible. I have emailed and there is no response. I tried calling a number of times and the numbers are either invalid or unavailable and I got those contact details I got from the website. So what more must I do? My future depends on my education and Unisa is messing me around
