<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I enrolled at Unisa in 2013 for a Non-degree purposes course in IOP. I registered for 5 modules, 4 of which i completed in 2014. Consequently I then re-registered for module IOP3701 in Jan 2015 and Jan 2016. In Jul 2016, after a 2-3 week delay in exam results I found out that I failed my third attempt. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thereafter I called Parow Unisa's admin for assistance they then referred me to ********** and that I should re-register. After delayed reponses I requested a remark. When ********** did eventually reply I had missed the deadline for a remark. Unisa's portal showed that I am already registered, thus hindered me from selecting any modules to register for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am deeply disappointed and upset at the efficiency of the adminstrative and technical frameworks of UNISA. This setback has affected my studies, career and future prospects extensively!</p>
