Exam marks

I have been going to and fro with one query of my exams results. I have been trying to get answers but today I don't have the final response therefore my case I'm not sure if its how Unisa make money make money and they just want me to reregister. I don't have a problem I am not lazy to study but I will not pay another registration due to be treated unfair with my results. the matter has even been to the Ombudsman of the University but no response as yet. as the result they also delayed me with registering with the University of Pretoria. In short my assignments marks were not loaded therefore not added for the year mark. details below:
