Exam department

I app**** for aegrotat last year on 11 Nov 2019 3days after the exam. Up until to date I have received no communication from UNISA even after countless emails and going to the regional office last week,the module is still not appearing on my timetable. I am running out of time and need to prepare for the exam which is scheduled for 5Feb 2020.
